A Beersheba court charged an Israeli Arab with spying for Al Qaeda. The charges Friday make Khaled Abu Rakak, 24, of Tel Sheva, the third Negev man to be arrested for such ties in the last month. In July, police arrested two Bedouin from Rahat on similar charges. Another six Arabs from Israel’s center were also arrested in July on charges of links with the international terrorist group.
