A bomb planted in a Berlin cemetery shattered the grave of a former leader of Germany’s Jewish community. The desecration of the grave of Heinz Galinsky, who died in 1992, prompted German President Roman Herzog to send an open telegram to Galinsky’s widow condemning the attack.
