A car broke through a roadblock near the hotel in Tiberias where Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is vacationing with his family. Police believed that the man had broken through the roadblock in the city in northeast Israel because he was frustrated by the traffic jams created by security arrangements near the hotel. Israeli police later located the car, but were unable to find the driver.
