A cargo shipment destined for Algeria but erroneously sent to Haifa has been released by Israeli authorities and sent on its way to that Arab state. The cargo, including tractors and other machinery, arrived aboard an American ship. Two weeks ago, a shipment bound for Israel arrived by mistake in Egypt and was promptly confiscated as enemy property.
