A ceremony marking the 1941 slaughter of more than 33,000 Russian Jews near Kiev, Ukraine, is scheduled for Sept. 28 at the Holocaust Memorial Mall Park in Brooklyn. The massacre at Babi Yar will be commemorated with a candlelight vigil, prayers and a time capsule.
