A concert pianist is negotiating the return of her late mother’s grand piano to Berlin from South Africa. Tessa Uys, who was born in Cape Town and is based in London, also wants to send documents recording her mother’s suffering at the hands of the Nazis to the Jewish Museum in Berlin.
