A conference of 18 Cuban parties and organizations and all Jewish groups decided today to organize shortly an inter-racial rally to protest persecution in Germany. Scores of other organizations sent greetings and pledges of cooperation to the meeting. All Cuban newspapers appeared today with front-page appeals to the Cuban people to join the Jews in protesting Nazi oppression.
