A convicted French Nazi collaborator appealed to the European Court of Human Rights against his imprisonment. Maurice Papon is charging that he is subject to inhumane treatment. Papon, 90, is serving a 10-year prison sentence for helping deport some 1,500 Jews to Nazi death camps.
