A convicted white supremacist is running for mayor of Canada’s capital city. Donna Upson, 23, served more than a year in jail for hate-related crimes a few years ago. According to her statements at a 2000 trial in Halifax, Upson has been affiliated with the Ku Klux Klan, the Aryan Nations and the National Socialist Movement.
