A Cubist oil painting that was looted by the Nazis from a Jewish art dealer will be returned to his heirs, French museum officials said. Fernand Leger’s “Woman in Red and Green” is currently on loan from the Georges Pompidou Center in Paris to the city’s recently opened Jewish Museum of Art and Culture.
