A Czech publisher has been convicted a second time for publishing a translation of Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” without commentary. Earlier this year, the Czech Supreme Court overturned a lower court ruling that publisher Michal Zitko had supported a movement that repressed human rights. On Monday, however, a district court in Prague found that Zitko had defamed Jews by publishing the book.
