A revival of organized anti-Semitism appears under way in the United States, according to Arnold Forster, civil rights director of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith. In an address to the Philadelphia board of ADL, Mr. Forster said "the recent bombings of Jewish institutions is evidence of serious growth of anti-Jewish agitation which has changed the whole picture of anti-Semitism in this country. "
