A decision is due soon in a case that may help some Germans understand the difference between anti-Semitic statements and legitimate criticism of Israel. A Dusseldorf court announced it will decide by March 12 in the case of lawmaker Jamal Karsli versus German Jewish leaders Paul Spiegel and Michel Friedman, whom Karsli accused of wrongly terming some of his statements anti-Semitic.
