A developer purchased at auction a Catskills hotel long renowned as a magnet for Jewish vacationers. The developer paid more than $10 million for the Concord Hotel, which closed its doors in November after 60 years of operation. He said he plans to reopen the hotel as a resort center with the help of the Sheraton chain.
