A director of a French academy was censured by the State Council of France for his comments regarding a Holocaust denier. The council, the Supreme Court for administrative justice in France, this week reprimanded the director of the Academy of Lyon, Alain Morvan, for not respecting the presumption of innocence in the case of Bruno Gollnisch, the professor and second-in-command of the extreme-right National Front.
