A Dutch parliamentary inquiry into the 1992 crash of an El Al cargo jet over Amsterdam that killed at least 43 people concluded that no toxic materials had been on the plane. Israeli Transportation Minister Shaul Yahalom and El Al officials applauded the report’s findings.
