The 66th convention of the American Federation of Labor last night adopted a resolution calling for an early international decision for the partitioning of Palestine and rapid implementation of the decision.
Recalling the “2,000-year-long historic homelessness of the Jewish people, which culminated in the murder of 6,000,000 of them in Europe, the convention urged support of the UNSCOP majority plan, but recommended certain territorial revisions.
