A far-right Austrian party appeared set to join the country’s governing coalition later this week. But one of the first acts by the coalition that includes Jorg Haider’s Freedom Party would be to establish a compensation fund for slave laborers similar to the one established last year in Germany. Haider, who has praised some of Hitler’s policies in the past, says he supports such a fund.
