A fashion designer who is the daughter of a rabbi donated $250,000 of shoes and clothing to Hurricane Katrina victims. Jamie Kreitman, daughter of Rabbi Benjamin Kreitman, who was executive vice president emeritus of the United Synagogue of America and president of the World Council of Synagogues, made the donation this week.
