A final verdict is expected Wednesday in a lawsuit against Islamic groups and a Hamas operative accused of culpability in the death of a U.S. teenager. The $600 million lawsuit, brought by the family of David Boim, says the defendants were culpable for their 17-year-old son’s 1996 death in the West Bank because they funneled money to Hamas through a variety of stratagems, including money laundering and a shady land deal.
