A forum of the Jewish communities took place in Zurich this week, where some 5000 from 22 countries in Europe, including Rumania, represented by Rabbi Moses Rosen, debated various subjects. Among the subjects on the agenda were: “The Part of Jewish Youth in the Community,” “Learning Judaism,” “The European Jew in the Modern World,” and “Jewish Schools.”
The forum ended with a large gathering to mark Israel’s 30th anniversary.”
