A fund-raising campaign for Germany’s planned national Holocaust memorial in Berlin will drop the slogan “The Holocaust Never Happened.” Smaller text underneath the headline reads: “There are still many people who make this claim. In 20 years, there could be even more.” The move followed criticism from Jewish leaders and complaints that the ad could fan racial hatred, the campaign’s organizers said.
