A German lawyer known for his involvement in class action suits for Holocaust survivors is considering legal action on behalf of Europeans who lost family, employees or companies in the Sept. 11 attack on the World Trade Center. Michael Witti told JTA he was in touch with “fewer than a handful” of potential claimants.
