A giant outdoor Chanukah menorah will be lit for Soviet Jews at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 23, in a ceremony sponsored by the Eastern Montgomery County Division of the Jewish Community Relations Council. The program will take place on the lawn of Congregation Adath Jeshurun, Elkins Park.
