A gigantic birthday cake with 28 candles will be cut and served at the Isaiah Wall near the United Nations at noon Tuesday to mark the 28th anniversary of the State of Israel. The cake will be brought to the Isaiah Wall by 28 children from schools and yeshivas in the New York metropolitan area.
