A grass-roots Israeli-Palestinian peace plan has gathered thousands of signatures from both sides. Ami Ayalon, former head of the Israeli Shin Bet security service and Sari Nusseibeh, formerly the Palestinian Authority’s top Jerusalem official, released the news regarding their plan as they visited Washington this week to meet with congressman and State Department officials.
