A group battling alcoholism and drug addiction among Jews is marking its 25th anniversary. JACS, or Jewish Alcoholics, Chemically dependent persons and Significant others, will honor Rabbi Abraham Twerski, Rabbi Barry Woolf, Audrey Waxman and David Buchholz at a New York City reception March 21.
