A group linked to Al-Qaida is claiming responsibility for Saturday’s synagogue bombings in Istanbul. According to Al Quds al-Arabi, a London-based Arabic newspaper, the Abu Hafs al-Masri Brigades said it carried out the bombings, which killed 24 people and wounded more than 300.
