A group of Israeli Arabs are due to leave Tuesday For Mecca in Saudi Arabia on the first pilgrimage by citizens of the Jewish State to the holiest shrine of Islam. Opposition to this arrangement in some government quarters was over-ridden by Foreign Minister Moshe Dayan who agreed to issue laissez passer to the pilgrims to facilitate their trip through Jordan.
