A group of prominent Russians protested an anti-Semitic broadcast on Moscow television. The late July broadcast on Moscow’s Channel 3 claimed that recent anti-Semitic incidents in Russia play into hands of Jews, and that Jews themselves generate the phenomenon. The broadcast also contained comparisons between Israel and the Third Reich.
