A hearing on a suit brought by Hungarian Holocaust survivors against the U.S. government was called off because a mediator is making progress. Lawyers for the Justice Department and for survivors who brought the “Gold Train” suit were to have met in court Wednesday, but both sides agreed to delay the hearing until next week.
