A Jewish cemetery was desecrated in a Czech town.
Twenty-five tombstones were toppled over the weekend in Bohumin, about 220 miles east of Prague, Jirina Garajova told The Associated Press. Garajova heads a Jewish community in the northeastern part of the Czech Republic.
The 19th century cemetery is no longer used for burials. About 400 Jews lived in Bohumin before World War II, but only 11 are known to have survived the Holocaust.
