A Jewish center in Russia’s Volga area was vandalized twice in the last few days of 2006. A Russian news agency reported this week that on Dec. 28, two drunken youths stormed the Ulyanovsk Jewish Center shouting, “Get out of here before it’s too late! We will cut your throats!” They then smashed several windows and a mirror.
