A Jewish couple from Long Island was among the 260 victims aboard Flight 587. Melvin and Elaine Landsman were planning to vacation in the Dominican Republic. A third Jewish victim was previously identified as Israeli businessman Ilan Wasserman, a longtime resident of Queens.
