A Jewish domestic policy adviser to President Bush has been named a special envoy for human rights in North Korea. Jay Lefkowitz, who was a delegate to the United Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva and to a conference on international anti-Semitism of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, was named last Friday.
