A Jewish family reached an agreement with a German art museum over a painting looted during the Holocaust era. Terms of the agreement negotiated by New York state’s Holocaust Claims Processing Office for the Bamberger family and the Kunsthalle museum in Emden, Germany, were not announced. But the museum will get to keep Emil Nolde’s “Bauernhof,” or “Farm.”
