B’nai B’rith International leaders spoke to Chinese officials in Washington on Monday, then took them on a tour of a subsidized facility for the elderly. The group from China was seeking guidance in creating a senior housing program, especially in rural areas. The U.S. government directed the officials to B’nai B’rith, which operates 37 low-income senior housing units in the United States, with help from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
