A judge awarded the family of a 17-year-old killed in a Palestinian terrorist attack in the West Bank $156 million from U.S. charities linked to Hamas. The decision to award money to the family of David Boim came Wednesday in a U.S. court after a fourth charity was found guilty of funneling money to Hamas through a variety of stratagems, including money laundering and a shady land deal.
