Israel Singer, the chairman of the World Jewish Congress, and Rabbi Joel Meyers, the executive vice president of the Conservative movement’s Rabbinical Assembly, are succeeding Seymour Reich, who served since 1999 as chairman of the International Jewish Committee for Interreligious Consultations.
