A legislator from Israel’s Likud opposition declared that whenever the party assumes power, it will not honor agreements reached by Prime Minister Ehud Barak regarding the future of the Land of Israel. Limor Livnat made the comment while addressing a mass rally of Jewish settlers in Jerusalem. Other colleagues in Livnat’s party distanced themselves from her remarks.
