A Lithuanian court convicted a Nazi collaborator of war crimes. The court ruled that Kazys Gimzauskas was guilty of handing over Jews to death squads while he was an official with the Lithuanian security police during World War II. But the court refused to sentence the elderly Gimzauskas, saying he suffers from Alzheimer’s disease.
