A Long Island man disturbed Rosh Hashanah services at a Chabad congregation next to his home by blasting rap and rock music over the weekend, according to New York’s Newsday. Michael Waldman, who congregants said had spoken at town meetings two years ago against the synagogue’s proposal to move in next door, turned the music off when police showed up at his house.
