A majority of Israelis think the typical Israeli is materialistic and loud, according to a poll published by the Israeli daily Yediot Achronot. But only 20 percent of those surveyed believe they have those traits. The poll also found that some 20 percent of the respondents, most of them young people, do not consider themselves Zionist.
