A medical commission in Lithuania found that a 92-year-old suspected war criminal is mentally unfit to stand trial. After the finding was issued, a court in the Baltic state said it would convene Sept. 11 to rule on how to proceed with the trial of Kazys Gimzauskas, who is accused of handing over Jews to Nazi death squads when he served with the Nazi-sponsored Lithuanian security police.
