A meeting of protest against the situation in Germany was held here last Friday under the auspices of the Fellowship of Faiths. More than 1,000 people attended at the Heights Temple in order to listen to the addresses from representatives of the various denominations.
A meeting under the auspices of the local branch of the American Jewish Congress is also in process of being organized.
