A member of a Paris synagogue whose rabbi is accused of staging his own stabbing last January wrote a threatening letter to the rabbi shortly after the incident, police believe. The man, whose identity has not been divulged, was arrested and appeared in court last week, the Le Monde daily reported Monday.
