A memorandum of the Zionist Executive in Jerusalem will also be submitted to the Permanent Mandates Commission. The memorandum contains in its first part information with regard to the progress made in Palestine. The second part of the memorandum of the Zionist Executive emphasizes the demands of the Jewish population concerning government grants for Hebrew education and land for Jewish colonization. The memorandum also contains for the first time a demand that the Palestine government participate in the Jewish health budget. The memorandum will criticize the British government for its reply to the letter to Dr. Chaim Weizmann of last October.
