A mild earthquake shook Israel and the West Bank. Wednesday’s tremor, measuring 3.7 on the Richter Scale, was felt in the Jordan Valley and Tel Aviv but caused no damage. It coincided with the publication of an interministerial report on the lack of earthquake preparedness in Israel.
