A neo-Nazi organization claimed responsibility Monday for a low-tech bombing at a shopping center in a predominantly black London neighborhood. Fourteen people remain in the hospital from Saturday’s blast, which was caused by an explosive device packed with an estimated 10 pounds of 6-inch nails. An anonymous caller told police that the blast was the responsibility of Combat-18, which takes its name from Hitler’s initials, the first and eighth letter of the alphabet.
