A new art exhibition in Washington, D.C., features Adolf Hitler’s desk globe from his Berlin bunker. “World War II Through Russian Eyes” presents artifacts culled from Russian military archives — many on view for the first time. The privately organized exhibition will travel to five other U.S. cities after a monthlong run in the new Reagan federal office building.
